The outstanding vocal qualities of the singers who perform in Bel Canto restaurants is acknowledged by opera experts everywhere. The magic is recreated each evening as diners gather at our restaurants to be served fine food and fine music by our waiters/singers.


Between dishes, the opera stars of tomorrow perform some of the greatest operatic classics,the thrill heightened by the pleasures of fine food, for a truly unique experience.

 

In the Bel Canto Paris, the music rings out between the historic cathedral of Notre-Dame and City Hall, on the Right Bank of the River Seine. Against an operatic backdrop dotted with costumes designed by the Paris Opera House workshops, the great opera classics are performed every evening by the rising stars of tomorrow, singing exclusively for you and your friends.

 

 

Bel Canto Neuilly is a stunning setting for an unforgettable evening of Opera classics.
Voices simply soar in what could almost be a miniature Italian opera house, bathed in the light of its uniquely magnificent chandelier.

Chef's signature homemade five-spice foie gras with toasted organic bread and fruit chutney.
Royal sea bream and organic salmon tartare with mango and fresh ginger marinade.
Burrata on a bed of candied tomatoes, taggiasche olives from Liguria, microgreens and balsamic
reduction
Seasonal vegetable terrine with goat’s cheese, rocket and tapenade.


Main Courses


Thai-style pan-fried king prawns with coriander vegetables and shellfish and lemongrass emulsion.
Steamed Atlantic hake tournedos, fennel tagine, dried apricots and blond grapes.
Guinea fowl supreme with olive oil mashed potatoes and Cajun spice sauce.
Herb-crusted rack of lamb with glazed baby vegetables.
Large open “raviole” topped with seasonal vegetables and parmesan pesto.

Back in the early 90s, Bel Canto’s founders came up with the idea of recreating the thrill of live opera in a relaxed fine dining venue a feast for all the senses.

The first Bel Canto restaurant opened on the banks of the River Seine near Paris City Hall in 2000, followed by Neuilly in 2004, and London in 2008.
